What to bring:
1. For Quad and Buggy Tour:
Solid shoes, extra clothes, sun screen, sun glasses and your voucher / payment
2. For Canyon Tubing:
Shorts or swimming suit, t-shirt, sport or river-shoes (no heels), extra clothes.
Terms of Trade:
Cancellation made 5 days before the tour- 100% refund.
Cancellation made between 5 days ~ 1 day before the tour- 50% refund.( For example, cancellation made after 20:00h- GMT+8 on the day before the tour).
Cancellation made on the day of the tour- Non-refund.
Cancellation occurs because weather/ nature climate condition- 100% refund.
Change tour date without extra charge when you made before 20:00h-GMT+8 before the intended tour date.
Change tour date with additional 25% charge applies of the total tour price when you made after 20:00h-GMT+8.
