Low Season-

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur 1 day charge.
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur 50% of total booking charge.
Cancellation received within 3 days prior or failure to arrive to your hotel will be treated as No-Show and no refund will be given.

High Season-

Any Cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date will incur 1 day charge.
Any cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival date will incur 50% of total booking charge.

The expansive living area combines living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and opens up onto a massive terrace overlooking the resort’s main pool and the Bali Sea. The terrace has it’s own Jacuzzi and luxury BBQ.
